Super excited to launch our spotlight section this week with a beautiful Old Metairie home designed by Julie Ponze Designs, LLC!

This home boasts 4400 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The exterior has a mix Georgian and Colonial Revival architectural elements. The house has a symmetrical facade with large, multi-paned windows and a more modern style Juliet balcony. You can’t help but love the clean geometric shapes on this exterior design.

I love seeing the whole design & build process and getting to see the construction at each stage.

The attention to detail throughout this interior is outstanding! This beautiful entryway sets the stage with high ceilings, curved staircase with intricate iron work railings and a gorgeous chandelier. This house shows sophisticated elegance using the gold fixtures and white marble but still incorporates those bold colors and textures creating eye popping accents.

This whole house design is complete with a cozy outdoor seating, stone fireplace, and outdoor cooking area. The natural wood ceiling for the patio adds so much character to this outdoor space. Add in these beautiful geometric gardens and landscaping and you have yourself a showstopper. What a wonderful design job by Julie Ponze Designs!
